Buffalo Bison Bites

Buffalo Bison Bites
  • 4oz grass fed bison
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup franks hot sauce
Take your bison and season with salt and pepper. Then form into small cubes. With your nonstick pan, turn heat to medium high and let the pan get hot. Next place you’re bites on the pan and turn every 2 minutes to cook each side. When finished, pour your Franks on top and enjoy! (Tip: let your Franks warm to room temperature so it doesn’t cool down your hot bison!)
