– 4 oz ground beef (at least 90% lean)
– Romaine lettuce leaves
– one medium tomato
Taco seasoning: (make in larger batches and save!)
– 1/2 tsp Chili powder
– 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp Onion powder
– 1/2 tsp Oregano
– 1/2 tsp Paprika
– 1/2 tsp Cumin
– 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
– 1/2 tsp Pepper
– 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt

Start with a non stick medium skillet over medium/high heat. Add ground beef, after it cooks for 1-2 minutes, start stirring and chopping up the meat into small pieces. Add all seasonings and continue to stir until cooked through.When finished set aside to cool and wash your romaine lettuce leafs and dice your tomato. Double up on romaine leafs for extra crunch or add some hot cause to spice it up! Enjoy friends!
