Plant Based Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box your favorite plant-based pasta
  • 1/2 white onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup your favorite sugar free pasta sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta per instructions on box.
  • While the pasta is cooking, Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add in ground beef and cook until fully cooked through.
  • Once pasta is cooked, drain, portion, add your ground beef mixture, and add pasta sauce. Service with a salad on the side if you’d like!
