Grilled Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe
This delicious meal packs in a lot of flavor and is full of omega-3’s, vitamin K and calcium. No oil? No problem! Using the grill not only adds the flavor of summer, it also makes it easy, and keeps you oil-free!
Here’s how we made it:
First marinate the shrimp in a bowl with one squeezed lime, garlic powder, pepper and your pink Himalayan sea salt.
After 30 minutes place shrimp on skewers for easy grilling.
Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.
You can use frozen or fresh broccoli, however, frozen broccoli when cooked on the grill cooks to be crisper. We used our grill basket but you can also season as desired and wrap in tin foil. If cooking fresh broccoli on the grill, soak in waker for 10-15 minutes, season and wrap in tin foil. Broccoli should take about 20 minutes.
