Granola Yogurt Bark Recipe

  • 4 containers (5.5 oz each) your choice of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup organic oats and honey granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, halved
  • 2 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 tsp shredded orange peel, if desired


  • Line large rimmed cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Stir each container of yogurt, and spread on parchment paper to 1/4-inch thickness (15x10-inch rectangle).
  • Top with remaining ingredients. Freeze 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until firmly set. Break into pieces. Store pieces in covered container in freezer.
