Garlic Butter & Steak Sautéed Shrimp with Air Fried Zucchini

Garlic Butter & Steak Sautéed Shrimp
  • 5oz fresh and frozen uncooked shrimp
  • 5 oz fresh zucchini
  • 1 tbsp grass fed butter
  • 1-2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 tsp steak day seasoning (spice gal highly recommended)
First prep your shrimp; rinse thawed shrimp with cold water and set aside. Prepare zucchini by chopping into slices and placing into air fryer with salt and pepper. Cook on high for 20 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes or flipping half way through. To cook shrimp start with a pan on medium heat. Add butter and chopped garlic and then cook shrimp 5 minutes on each side until pink. Plate your shrimp then add your Spice Gal steak seasoning. Let cool then munch away and enjoy!
