Crab stuffed portobello mushrooms

Ingredients:
– 5oz white crab meat (you can buy it pre cooked)
– Portobello mushrooms caps; 5-6 small or 2 large
– 1 cup chopped green onions
– 1/2 tsp parsley
– 1/2 garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove stems then wash and pat dry mushroom caps. Mix crab meat in a bowl with green onion and seasonings. Place mushrooms on baking sheet upside down and spoon crab meat into caps. Top with more parsley then pop in the oven for 18-20 minutes until meat is hot and mushrooms are tender. Sit back, relax and enjoy your meal!
