Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Bowl

– 4oz chicken breast
– 5oz broccoli
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (or more depending on desired cheesy level!)

Set oven to 350 and season your chicken breast with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked through. Next take your broccoli and cook via nonstick skillet on the stovetop or by boiling on the stovetop. When broccoli is finished cooking, add salt, pepper and as much nutritional yeast as desired. Cut chicken into cubes and mix well. Bon appètit!
