Carolina Kick BBQ Sauce Chicken and Cucumber Salad
1 English cucumber
5 oz of canned chicken breast (check the label so no salt or sugar has been added!)
2-3 tbsp Simple Girl Carolina Kick BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
Start by cutting your cucumber. Its helpful to slice diagonally, this way you have a bigger surface area to work with when assembling your chicken salad on top. Place your chicken breast in a bowl and mix with 2 tbsp sauce and pepper. Now simply place chicken salad on top and you’re ready to eat!
TIP: top each piece with an extra dab of sauce for extra flavor.
