Walking Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Avocado (cubed)
  • 2 cup Romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Red onion (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 bag Siete Grain free “Nacho” chips
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  2. When the beef is browned, stir the taco seasoning and water into the skillet. Adjust as needed to mix well with the seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then bring down heat and stir fry for a few minutes, until no liquid is left.
  3. Divide all ingredients among Nacho chip bags, grab a fork, and enjoy!
