  • 1 Cup Berries
  • 1/4 Cup Steel cut oats
  • Clear Stevia (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • If you plan to use Stevia (which is optional), you can start by mixing a few drops of clear Stevia into your yogurt to make it sweeter.
  • Layer yogurt, berries and oats.
  • Enjoy!
