 liquid coconut milk or almond milk

plain fat-free Greek yogurt

vanilla

chia seeds

chopped fresh fruit or berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mangoes, and/or peaches
Instructions
Stir together the liquid, yogurt, and vanilla.
Stir in the chia seeds.
Cover with foil; chill overnight.
Spoon fruit evenly over pudding in bowl.
