Chia Pudding with Fruit Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz  liquid coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit or berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mangoes, and/or peaches

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the liquid, yogurt, and vanilla.
  • Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Cover with foil; chill overnight.
  • Spoon fruit evenly over pudding in bowl.
