Walking Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Avocado (cubed)
  • 2 cup Romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Red onion (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 bag Siete Grain free “Nacho” chips
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  • When the beef is browned, stir the taco seasoning and water into the skillet. Adjust as needed to mix well with the seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then bring down heat and stir fry for a few minutes, until no liquid is left.
  • Divide all ingredients among Nacho chip bags, grab a fork, and enjoy!
