Farro Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Farro
  • 1 Cucumber
  • A few handfuls chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cook farro according to directions on the bag.
  • Rinse with cold water, drain, and mix in remaining ingredients.
