Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts (cooked and cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 cup Franks Hot sauce

Salad

  • 1 Head of lettuce (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Carrots (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Celery (Chopped)
  • 1 Cucumber (Chopped)
  • 1 Avocado (Diced)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbles

Dressing

  • 1 cup Primal Kitchen ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix together until chicken is coated with sauce.
  • In a large bowl, add lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes and blue cheese. Toss together until well combined.
  • Mix ranch dressing and buffalo sauce in a small bowl or jar. Serve dressing on the side.
