Cheesy Kale Chips

  • 4 oz fresh chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup @Braggs nutritional yeast
  • One medium lemon
Start by preheating oven to 275 degrees and washing and patting dry your chopped kale. Cut lemon into quarters and squeeze over kale until completely coated. Next sprinkle nutritional yeast over kale and mix. Sprinkle more until the leafs are adequately coated. Place in oven for 60 minutes. Every 10 minutes or so mix leaves so they are all drying out equally. Once they are crispy, remove from oven and enjoy! Best to store in a air tight bag. Stay healthy this holiday season friends!
